Experience: Six month internship for the prestigious Ballantyne Resort of Charlotte, NC.  Enhanced skills in preparing Southern Food by acquiring the talents involved in preparing pastries and desserts.

 Personal Information

Possess extraordinary leadership and teamwork skills, as well as discipline and accountability.  These have been developed and fine tuned through playing baseball at the highest level of collegiate athletics.  Being a student-athlete also led to the skill of time-management as well as an ability to focus and operate under stressful environments. 

Active participant at a local church and mentor to young children in the Charlotte area.  Fan of college and professional sports, regular attendee of the Mint Museum in Charlotte as well as other museums, and supporter of local Farmerís Markets.
