EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report addresses the effectiveness of Jon Fox’s daily business communication skills and duties. In addition, it includes a profile of his industry, employer, and personal profile. A personal interview was conducted to obtain the majority of information for this report. The Interview was conducted on November 10, 2006. The Duval County Public Schools District website was also used as a source for this document.
Jon Fox leads the ninth largest athletic district in the nation, as the Athletic Director for the Duval County Public School system. His dress is semi-formal and he carries himself in a confident but friendly manner. He was very easy to interview and did everything in his power to help me. Mr. Fox has worked hard to network himself throughout state, much less his school district. Mr. Fox is successful at his job because he is hard working and compassionate towards his employees and coworkers.
The report concludes that Jon Fox is an effective communicator and his commitment to his job is exceptional. His business writing is professional but he believes that it is his people skills that have allowed him to get as far as he has.
