Now that you have made it this far we can now talk about
Palestine as it is today. If you ever visit or visited Palestine in the
state of chaos it is in you will be very lucky not to have been injured with all
the violence. There is almost no day that goes by without some sort of
explosion or fighting going on. These problematic things are still
isolated for the most part, most of the demonstrations occur in the occupied
territories, but still there are problems. Now watching the news you only
hear about a Palestinian suicide bomber blowing up a cafe or some populated
area, true but why did they do it, hardly anyone asks that question. If I
came into your house and told you that you would have to live in the closet
while I enjoy the rest of the house you would tell me to go to hell. Well
that is the attitude of the Palestinians, they feel and have been oppressed,
their families massacred by Israeli soldiers, and they have nothing to lose.
Your average young Palestinian has almost no opportunities to go to college,
they live in constant poverty and oppression and the ones who have had their
families killed in front of them just simply do not want to live anymore.
This is a picture of Palestinian children on the way to school. The man with a gun is an Israeli soldier.
Now this is a picture of Israeli school children on the way to their school.
Now I hope you see what is wrong with this picture. If you do not then let me explain. Why is it that an Israeli soldier with a gun powerful enough to blow someone's head off is guarding a bunch of Palestinian school children? I will tell you why, he is there to make them feel scared, oppressed, and make sure they do what they are told to do. If one of them so much as sneezes without his permission he can shoot them. Now lets take a look at the other picture, this one depicts Israeli school children on their way to school with no armed guards enjoying the nice sunny day. Nobody plans to blow their head off. Also the conditions are obvious. In the background the Palestinian girls are obviously living in poverty, while the Israeli children get the scenic view.
I think the picture speaks for itself, you can plainly see and Israeli boy about to kick the Palestinian woman, and the woman trying to pull the head scarf off. Note the title Vigilantes take up arms, vow to expel 'Muslim filth'. The oppression the Palestinians have to suffer on a day by day basis is tremendous and not called for, the lady lives in poverty has children and is being harassed just because of who she is.
